When a little boy named Michael goes to the fair to ride the roller coaster. His mom won't him go to the fair. Barney takes Michael to Barney's Fantasy Fair to ride the roller coaster at Barney's Fantasy Fair. BJ and Baby Bop wants to stay for even longer.
